Canon EOS M50 II, Make Vertical Videos on Instagram and 4K on Youtube

Canon is the successor to the previous generation of Canon EOS M50, introducing the latest Asian mirroring camelot EOS M50 Mark II.

This latest mirror model is small and easy to use. EOS M50 Mark II is designed for photo and video enthusiasts who meet the content needs of social media like YouTube.

With a DIGIC 8 processor and 24.1 million pixel APS-C CMOS sensor, this camera can take 4K video in detail and lighter colors.

With this EOS M50 Mark II camera, Canon also updates dual-pixel CMOS AF technology and eye-sensing auto-focus technology to ensure speed and accuracy when focusing on the subject.

Canon EOS M50 II Features

The Canon EOS M50 Mark II features enhanced eye-sensing auto-focus capabilities that enable you to quickly and easily detect and focus the eyes and faces of subjects across extended distances.

This Eye Detection Auto Focus feature is also available in Tracking Auto Focus mode for still images and Tracking Auto Focus mode for video recording. As a result, each image can show a natural representation of the subject in a moving condition.

Canon EOS M50 Mark II provides up to 7.4 frames per second in Servo AF mode when shooting in LiveView and 10 frames per second in Single AF mode.

At this speed, the user can accurately capture a fast-moving creature without missing a moment.

The electronic viewfinder or LCD screen auto-focus frame display on this camera also improves to help you keep track of the subject's focus faster and more smoothly without delay.

The EOS M50 Mark II is also the first EOS camera to take full advantage of the touch display with the new Tap AF feature.

This feature is especially useful when taking group photos because it allows users to touch the screen to instantly focus from one person to another.

Another add-on is a touch-and-drag AF that allows users to slide their fingers on the screen to move AF frames while shooting through an electronic viewfinder.

EOS M50 Mark II's digital video stabilization features help reduce wobble and enable more reliable shooting.

Enhanced Contrast AF algorithms allow users to enjoy the stability of an automatic entry point while recording 4K video.

Recording a movie will be smoother and less shaky even if you don't just use a tripod/handgrip.

In addition, users can create breathtaking slow motion video at high frame rates at 120p resolution or create 4K-quality frame-by-frame video for creativity.

Canon EOS M50 Mark II has a digital video zoom technology (approximately 3-10 times) in the center of the screen during shooting, which can be combined with the optical zoom of a zoom lens for proximity filming.

This camera also provides portrait and vertical video recording modes for users to easily create content on social media sites such as Instagram.

This vertical recording mode can be enabled as an "add rotation" option that automatically plays video vertically when played on compatible smartphones, tablets, PCs, and social media.

Canon EOS M50 Mark II is also integrated with the EOS Webcam Utility app. This allows users to use this camera as a webcam and simplify camera settings when connecting to a PC/notebook.

The battery life of this camera has increased by 70 times compared to the previous series, allowing users to take up to 305 photos with a single battery charge.
